Patented by Atsalis Brothers, this self-contained 91-foot mobile trailer can be positioned under the work area and, through a hydraulic system, elevates the entire work platform up to 24 feet off the roadway, while easily adjusting to the skew of the bridge in a matter of minutes.Dust collection ports, blast hoses and lighting systems are permanently assembled and ready to operate, reducing setup time. As the bridge is cleaned, a dust collector provides negative air pressure and collects dust, while heavier debris falls and is collected on a conveyor/hopper system.This conveyor system is ideal for blasting with non recyclable abrasives.Removal of the waste can be accomplished as the schedule dictates by simply operating a lever to start the conveyor. This is safe for the environment, protects workers from vehicular traffic, and allows for efficient cleanup.This unit has proven to be ideal for rapid deployment work. It allows us to work on several structures at the same time with minimum interruption to traffic.

Atsalis Brothers has just introduced the 4th generation Mobile Work Platform. This unit is lighter and even more mobile than ever. In addition to the elevating work platform, it is also equipped with an integrated dust collector and all the painting equipment is readily available on board. This helps reduce setup and cleanup, which means we can open vehicle lanes faster with less interruption to heavy traffic areas.This unit was designed with the steel grit recovery system in mind, so we can reclaim the steel grit more efficiently than ever.

Atsalis Bros maintains a large fleet of dust collectors to insure that we have the right size for each job. We have dust collectors ranging from 18,000 CFM to 120,000 CFM to insure that each containment receives the proper size dust collector. Atsalis has worked hand in hand with dust collector manufacturers to develop specialized units for our mobile work platforms as well as units that are larger than usually developed.

The High Capacity Blast Rig includes all the necessary components it takes to conduct high powered abrasive blasting. Equipped with high capacity abrasive blast pots, fuel tanks, and two high powered air compressors, this unit is designed to run for long periods of time with as few stops for refueling / refilling as possible. Having all the components mounted on one trailer allows Atsalis Bros to quickly move in and out of tight spots to keep the job running on schedule.
